13 miles this week
i walked 13miles and started doing a series of leg lift exercises to tone after my walks. this simple addition has made me feel my buttocks for sure. baby steps to new curves. my weigh in was 253lbs this week. i hope to register in the low two hundreds in a matter of months..let me just say now the goal in April is to be 40 lbs lighter.

5 miles a day minimum
activity is the only way i see results so activity it is
