2011 a year later

School has held my attention for most of the past year. Learning about my body in my courses and now I need to apply some of that knowledge.
Protein, Carbs, Fats, are essential to my bodies health.
Practicing portion control, examining the intake vs output of energy, and enjoying exercise instead of tasking the process, are my goals in this new year.
