feeling the burn

the morning was not the best with rain in the sky and the grey clouds holding me back from pure excitment of doing a workout. i did however accomplish the task with an indoor 2 mile walking video. Wakling off the Pounds with Leslie so and so.
Do.. like the pace.. and it is a no brainer just do the work and you did your workout.

judy my workout buddy has found or i should say lost 6 pounds and now has a motivation i long for. i will get it soon enough.

i am at a diffferent place than she in that i am barely breaking a sweat at two miles. i have to make it one of my workouts for the day. my peace always comes in the dance. so dance i say.

also the workout must incorporate these great alternatives to avoid stale rountines.

tredmill
jump rope
stretching
core visualization
jumping jacks

i do feel more definiton from the floor exercises i have already made a part of the rountine.
