not eating after a certian time of day

pick a time any time
i have done well with nothing after 7p.m.
9pm used to be my norm back in miami midnight dinners are common
i find my weight change when i let me system rest before sleeping ..have most of my food burned off
you wake up hungry ready for breakfast with more energy throughout the day.

clocked 5 miles today
