5 miles a day

getting my routine of five miles a day back on track. my favorite time to workout is at high noon. dont know why it just is. i do need to be carful of the sun exposure. i have irish skin and the freckles multiply not to mention the possible skin cancer blisters.
so sunscreen and varied hours maybe an hour earlier or somethign to not get quiet as much direct light. but the absorbtion feels great if i didnt have light skin.
