Exercise
Today I woke up hungry. I am returning to my rule of not eating past 7p.m.. It is a mind game really. You feel hunger while your going about your night time routine. Getting past it and knowing you really are not going to die from the little bit of change in your chemistry is what you must repeat not where are my snacks.
My point...toughing it out payed off.
This morning the scale read 290lbs.
I did a mid day work out yesterday of stretching and a mile and a half walk. I also kept my calorie intake sensible.
Do not give up. I want to see the scale say 280lbs.
I can do this!
